WELCOME to….

AESTHETIC LANDSCAPES, AUCKLAND.

BLA, Dip Hort, Cert in AutoCAD 3D, LandCADD, Cert Proficiency GIS, Member NZILA Ángelique (Á pronounced like an “O”) Lambermon a qualified Landscape Architect, was born in New Zealand to a Kiwi artist mother and a Dutch inventor father. This heritage combined with a strong design aptitude and a love of landscapes and photography have enabled Ángelique to develop award winning styles for her clients, creating original and influential landscapes for the New Zealand context. Ángelique formed her own landscape business in 2003 after working in the industry for over 10 years, working with many clients, including Property Developers such as Castlerock Holdings Ltd, Jonmer Projects Ltd and others including Panasonic New Zealand, education centre’s, park and reserve design, playground, retirement and lifestyle village design and revegetation projects. As a result of changing environments global warming, carbon counting and emphasis on environmental efficiencies, Ángelique’s continued passion for better landscapes and the continued growth of her business enables her to be at the forefront of her industry ready to lead the future into eco-landscape design.

At Aesthetic Landscapes the team includes students completing their bachelor degrees from all over the world. Most students are in their last year of study and already have a good knowledge of Urban Landscape Architecture and design. All they need to do is put their skills into practice!

These students are mentored by Ángelique, and they quickly learn the ropes of a design career and can add their own innovative ideas and passion to any of the projects at hand which results in a dynamic contribution by all.

The design office is a relaxed and inspirational environment and the perfect place to show clients through a range of different material samples and the extensive photograph library.

For plant selections we encourage our clients to meet with us at the local Garden Centre where you can see the endless combinations of plants suitable for your garden or landscape. We encourage our clients to interact and experiment along with us as we produce the right plans for their needs.

Sustainable & ECO -Friendly Design & Landscape Architecture We care about the environment and are continuously looking at innovative and new ways to design sustainably. Each garden or landscape is unique and we will design around the needs of the client while still incorporating necessary elements like sustainability. In 2008 Ángelique won the Design and “Best in Show Green Award” for The Manukau City Council "Meat & 2 Veg" garden in The Auckland Flower Show 2008. 3D CAD & GIS At Aesthetic Landscapes Ángelique has a devout passion for CAD and GIS software ever since its inception. She has gained experience in small scale site design. She ensures top quality work for any project, and will give a 100% satisfaction garaunteed. Resource Consent Plans A landscape plan is more often than not, a requirement of your Building Consent. It is important for us to take your design through the initial process of the concept plan so we can ensure that the plan you submit will fit with the final design. Many people find it difficult to decide on final details before the house has been built, so we can create a plan that only shows the landscaping required for the consent, giving clients scope to make some changes thoughout the final design stages.

Indoor Home and Office Services

The team @ Aesthetic Landscapes have great delight in designing indoor atrium's and gardens for office spaces. These are critical areas where valued staff spend many hours doing their work. We have many years experience in designing sustainable and ECO friendly gardens and Landscapes and taking this concept indoors is no problem at all for us, no matter how small or large.

Green Roof and Rain Gardens. The design process for these gardens requires balancing the desires, the needs, the practicality and the finances and begins with asking a series of questions that will help define the various aspects of the landscape and of area to be designed. And more specifically what is the purpose of this landscape or space. At Aesthetic Landscapes we will work with your vision and the constraints of the project to give you the best outcome.

Residentail Design and Build Options.

We can provide design services from masterplanning, through to concept and detailed design for all types and sizes of residential projects.

Aesthetic Landscapes colaberates with other industry professionals, to impliment your gardens and landscapes, to ensure top quality work that will last. All landscape plans are unique and exclusive to you and designed to your individual requirements to give you the results you need.

Commercial and Subdivision Design We can assist with site masterplanning through to detailed design for projects ranging from small residential subdivisions to large scale commercial subdivisions and developments. Services can include site masterplanning, budgeting, detailed design and contract documentation and management of the tendering and implementation process. Playground Design

At Aesthetic Landscapes we are able to help with the revamp of existing playgrounds and/or the design of new playgrounds. We are happy to incorporate existing equipment you may have or we can recommend some amazing new equipment for all budget ranges. Ángelique can help you in obtaining price estimates for funding purposes and to manage the implementation of the project with input from community members through working bees if appropriate. Budgeting If you are worried about over-capitalising with the landscaping, talk to the Team at Barfoot and Thompson as they have a great up to date database of property information. The cost of a well designed garden can pay off when you need extra finance or come to sell your property. At the very least you should gain back the cost of the landscaping but often it is more than this and you get the added bonus that your property is a lot easier to sell and will most likely sell for a higher price than one with minimal or bad landscaping. We can also advise you on budgeting for your landscape project at various stages of the design process. It is worth discussing this with us in the early stages of your project so that you don't get to the end and find out you have no

money left to implement the landscaping! For a residential landscaping project, we are happy to work to any realistic budget. Ideally a minimum of 10% of the total cost of the building process should be assigned to landscaping. You can also talk to Ángelique if this does not match your needs as she can also design the landscape to be tackled in various stages and with various price options. Project Management We can manage the contractors, the specialists and the design all in one to reach your goals. With planning, organizing, and managing resources we can help to bring about the successful completion of your specific project goals and objectives. All payments for all contract work are made directly from the client to contractor. Aesthetic Landscapes will administer all the invoices from the contractor to the client so as to ensure all work is carried out to the correct standards, on time and within budget. Plant Procurement and Installation

We can ECO-source and supply all the plants from anywhere in New Zealand, in the right quantity, quality, and at the right time, in the right place for the direct benefit of our clients. We can work from your plans or our own. And if you don't have a plan don't worry as we can help you find the right plants for the right place.

And if you need the plants planted, Danielle our horticultural specialist can assist in planting your valuable plants in the correct manner with great results.

For larger commercial work we outsource the necessary skilled staff and oversee the work so that all planting is done in the correct manner and to our company’s specialist procedures.
