4. Party A shall provide Party B with transcripts of students' academic work at the completion of the firstand fourth year in China, and shall have a completion plan of courses, textbooks and teaching curriculumfor the proposed degrees sought by students.~Zn~~~~~~n*~~-,~~~~~~,m~~~m~~~~~~,~~~,~~IT~~.

5. Party A shall provide necessafY,courses for students to complete their first and fourth years in a timelyand convenient inanner to insure that students will complete the proposed degree program.~~m~~~~~,~~~~~~~~~fflm~~n~~~~~%~~~~~~~~.

6. Party A shall not make substantial changes in any or all of the courses without prior approval of Party B.*~Zn~~, ~~~~~~ff~~~.

8. Party A shall collect the fees and other related costs from students for the program registration, tests andtuition in China..

10. Party A shall check the students' family fmancial background to prove the parents are the.only source

12. Party A shall grant each stu.denta Chinese Diploma and Bachelor's degree when course work issatisfactorilycompleted in China.~~~%~~~~n*~~~$~~m, ~~~~~~~~n*~$~~~~~I~~.

14. Party A shall host the representatives of Party B for business/campus visit to Party A (All the expenses

22. Party B's representative shall go to China with AASCU's representative for the interview of studentswho are applying for the 1+2+ 1 Program. 23. Party B shall issue letters of admission and no other visa form other than DS-2019 forms to qualifiedstudents. .

30. In the implementation of 1+2+ 1 Dual-Degree Program, if any issues that are not stated here arise, two

31. This agreement is written in both Chinese and English with the same legal force which is done in four

32. This agreementwill become effective when signed by the representativesof two parties anq be validuntil December31, 2010 and renewable unless terminated earlier by at least one party. To terminate theagreement, a party must notify all other parties, in writing, 60 days prior to termination. After the twoparties get agreement, the agreement could be terminated.
