GENERAL INFORMATION:
●AFRICAN BUSH TRAINING’s main campus is situated in the Northern Drakensberg Mountains of the Limpopo Province. We also havesatellite training camps located in some of the most sought after wilderness locations in Southern Africa including Greater KrugerNational Park, Botswana and in the Kalahari Desert
●Students at AFRICAN BUSH TRAINING are accommodated in semi-luxury safari tents fully equipped with all the accessories neededto ensure a comfortable stay at our training campus. The student camp also offer a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area (with WiFi),gym, swimming pool, TV Room and fireplace for those cold winter months.
●At AFRICAN BUSH TRAINING it’s all about creating a learning environment for students where they can excel in their potential andtalents. The training facilities on offer give our valued students the opportunity to ‘merge’ with the African bush and experience thenatural environment under the lead of professional and well-experienced instructors and student mentors. ●Our instructors are hand-picked, qualified and well experienced. The team of facilitators at African Bush Training are led and mentoredby Ex-Kruger Park trails ranger and veteran reserve warden, Mr. Johann Jurgens.
●In partnership with the ISCI (International Students Conservation Initiative) all our students enjoy assistance with work placements afterthe courses at our affiliated partner lodges and reserves across Africa.
●AFRICAN BUSH TRAINING in partnership with ASHTON’S TRANSPORT offer a daily shuttle service between Johannesburg and theABT main campus…For international students, please arrange flights into Johannesburg (OR Tambo International Airport). From thereyou are welcome to make use of our Bus transfer service, which runs between Johannesburg Airport and our training facilities inSouthern Africa.

All our coursesare also accredited by the ISCI (International Students Conservation Initiative). At the ABT SAFARI GUIDE FACULTY we have a very strongconservation ethic and this subject is taught thoroughly during the 55-DayProfessional Field Guide and more specifically the 1-Year Safari RangerProgram or 85 Day Field Guide & Lodge Management Combo Courses
