Joseph Perrie 'Cuvee Royale' Brut£65 per bottle (half bottle
£33) - Vegan
A remarkable and noble Champagne house, still under
familyownership. Fresh Fruity aromas such as pear and red apple
lead to
richer fresh bread notes and a touch of biscuit. The wine is
aged for a minimum of three years in their cellars giving
complexity and sophistication.
