Royal Chess Grades K-5. Develop the brain-bending strategies of a brilliant and complex game of chess! Learn openings, mid-game tactics, and advanced concepts from National Master William Harrison. Instructor: West Chess Course: 400FC Mondays, Oct 7 – Dec 16 4:20 - 5:20pm Fee: $121 Youth Yoga: Strength and Stretch Grades 1-5. Uncover inner strength and flexibility through yoga asana and breathing techniques. Yoga is a fabulous way to build transition skills during afterschool. Instructor: L. For the safety of all participants, registration for afterschool programs closes the day before a class starts. Some classes fill very quickly – register early!

Class start/end information

Classes take place only on days school is in session. Transportation is not provided. Participants meet in the cafeteria at the end of the school-day for snack at 4:10. Pick-up is in the LNFI Upper Campus Cafeteria at 5:20. Following class, youth can be: promptly picked up, walk home, or transition to another program. Site staff check off youth at departure. If C.E. should be aware of an issue that could result in an unsafe pick-up situation, please call our office at 651-487-7383.
