WHP - up to 6 monthsRequirements to be eligible Global Talent:

-University undergraduates and graduates (full-time) -Age: 18 to 25 -All nationalities studying or graduated in universities in the nine countries/territories: Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

What documents are needed?

Global Talent:-A letter from the awarding institution (i.e. University/College) stating the applicant’s  matriculation,  name,  nationality,  gender  and  date  of  birth-A copy of the degree certificate or transcripts (for graduates only)-A copy of the student card issued by the awarding institution (for undergraduates only) -A  copy  of  the  applicant’s  passport  or  travel  document-A copy of the Student Visa (for international students only)

How long does it take to get a visa?

up to 21 days

Application fee will be paid by Global talent first, but reimbursed by AIESEC Singapore after first working day

S PassRequirements to be eligible

Global talent:-Educational qualifications: A degree or diploma-number of years of relevant working experience (internship counts)Organization:-The number of S Pass holders a company can employ is caped at sub-Dependency Ceiling (sub-DC),  15%  of  the  company’s  total  workforce  in  the  Services  sector  and  20%  in  the  remaining  sectors Levy Rate-A minimum fixed monthly salary of S$2,200-Medical insurance is required (Insurance coverage: $15,000 per year)

What documents are needed?

Global talent:-educational documents-Photograph of the applicant (passport-sized and taken within last three months) -Personal  particulars  page  of  applicant’s  passport/travel  document

How long does it take to get a visa and the costs?

7 working days

Organization will have to apply for the visa and cover the application costsFees:- Upon submission of each application (to be paid by company): administrative fee of S$60- Upon issuance request: $80 + $30 Multiple Journey Visa (to be paid by EP, refunded later by AIESEC)

Global talent:-Young graduates from good institutions“good”  means: University is to be ranked in at least one of the following international rankings- Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings- Shanghai  Jiao  Tong  University’s  Academic  Ranking  of  World  Universities- Times Higher Education World University RankingsOrganization:-Before an application for E Pass can be submitted, firms are required to advertise their job vacancies on the Jobs Bank for at least 14 calendar days-minimum salary of $3.300

What documents are needed?
