SAPUVETNET III, the 3rd phase of an international VPH network established in 2003; an increasing number of universities / institutions are participating, including non-academic institutions (e.g Associations, NGOs, International Organizations, etc). All didactic material created by SAPUVETNET III is used to point out the role of veterinarians in public health issues. Higher education in the field of VETERINARY PUBLIC HEALTH (VPH) through cooperation between Europe (EU) and Latin America (LA) aimed at training professionals who can assess and address VPH related issues using the One Health approach and facilitating the process of harmonization of educational accreditation standards between EU and LA.
