FWS- Who/what is it?

Facility Watch Supervisor- Designated by the CO, responsible for the operational performance of the watch crew on duty.

Responsibilities (most significant): Addressing concerns from pilots, adjacent facilities, general public regarding services or procedures provided by the facility and accumulation of initial data for forwarding to the ATC Facility Officer.
