ELT (Artex Tl 10-4, Part No. 452-0130 Rev N, Serial Number 374915-019) was inspected and tested in accordance with 14 CFR91.207 (d) and found to meet the criteria. ELT battery is dated Sep 2020.

Added small amount of hydraulic fluid (5606) to landing gear pump reservoir. Air cleaner was very clean and was not serviced. Topped off brake reservoir. Gear retract accomplished - no discrepancies. Operational check found all system functioning properly.

I have inspected this aircraft in accordance with the scope and detail of 14CFR43 Appendix D for an annual inspection and in accordance with the Piper PA-32R-301/301T inspection schedule and find it airworthy.

Added small amount of hydraulic fluid (5606) to landing gear pump reservoir. Air cleaner was very clean and was not serviced. Topped off brake reservoir. Repacked all wheel bearings. Gear retract accomplished - no discrepancies. Operational check found all system functioning properly.

I have inspected this aircraft in accordance with the Piper PA-32R-301/301T inspection schedule and the scope and detail of 14CFR43 Appendix. D for an annual inspection and find it in airworthy condition.

ELT (Artex Tl 10-4, Part No. 452-0130 Rev N, Serial Number 374915-019) was inspected and tested in accordance with 14 CFR9l .207 (d) and found to meet the criteria. ELT battery is dated Sep 2020.

Replaced all brake linings (Cleveland 66-62). Retract check was satisfactory including lights and horn. Landing gear hydraulic reservoir was full. Brake reservoir was fuU. Lubed landing gear (Aeroshell 22).

I have inspected this aircraft in accordance with the Piper PA-32R-30l /30 1T inspection schedule and the scope and detail of J4CFR43 Appendix D for an annual inspection and find it in airworthy condition.

Installed new battery ( 452-0130 Rev R) in EL T (Artex EL T 110-4). ELT was inspected and tested in accordance with 14 CFR91.207 (d) and found to be satisfactory. Battery is dated April 2023.

Replaced tires and tubes on both main gear. Balance was checked and found excellent. Tires are Goodyear Flight Custom ill, 8 ply and tubes are Goodyear Butyl Rubber

Removed Oildyne hydraulic pump 636029, serial number 108BI1 I 9SP-AL-l-VT and installed repaired (Power Packs Plus) hydraulic pump 38998-007 (Piper part number) serial number 122.
