Quality Control

Bitumode Qatar Waterproofing Factory is ISO 9001 certified. It applies a stringent quality control system utilizing its in-house laboratory. Occasional samples are analyzed by independent laboratories to ensure continued adherence to the highest standards (ASTM. EN,etc.). Each roll of Bitumode is individually coded with a label containing all necessary information about the roll. This is intended to ensure traceability in accordance with ISO control standards.

Product Range

Standard thicknesses available include 3mrn. 4mm and 5mm. Some types could be available by weight, such as 3kg/m' , 4kg/m`, and 5kg/rn` Bottom surface finish is normally Polyethylene Film (PE). Upper surface finish choices include:

• Polyethylene Film (PE). • Fine Sand (S). • Mineral Slated Grey (GY). • Mineral Slated Green (GRN). • Mineral Slated White (WT). • Mineral Slated Red (RD).

The nominal length of each roll is 10 meters and the nominal width is one meter. Special specifications can be designed based on client's needs.

guarantee is subject to but 1101 li mited to the following conditions: • Waterproofing system w ill be installed by the a/m recommended and approved applicator • Membrane should be stored vertically in well covered store not exposed to direct sunlight • L:sing of the recommended primer before installation. • Surface to be smooth and leveled • Protection of the waterproofing layer direct after installation • Any penetration or piercing to the membrane is not allowed • Overheating due to torching the membrane is not allowed • Any changes to the Waterproofing area after installation of the membrane will render this

certificate & will void. • Any consequential damages arc expressly excluded • Maximum liability is the cost of the supplied membranes to the project as per the original

invoices • Owner must notify company of any defect within seven calendar days of delivery. • Out company must be allowed to inspect the jobsite and be allowed full access to the site. • The company has the right to choose the laboratory to be used for testing and it must

approve the test method as appropriate for the issue at hand. Tests must be conducted in the presence of a company representative.
