AJ is simply amazing. We found him through an open house in our neighborhood and he made a great firstimpression. Our first meeting, he was very knowledgable and came with an actual presentation, not justprinted comparables on paper. He was never pushy, always open and honest, professional, and respondsquickly! We had quite a few transactions to sell our home and AJ always was ahead and gave us updates, withfrequent check-ins. He was on top of everybody making sure our buyers were on track to sell their home andmaking sure deadlines were met. We never felt pressured (especially with house hunting) Ive had agents inthe past who said every house was great just so they can close a deal.. He always put our needs first andmade sure we had plenty of time to find our home when we accepted an offer on our house. Even afterclosing, AJ has been a tremendous help with post closing issues on both properties. I will definitely use AJagain and without a doubt recommend him.
