Knights of Columbus NEWS The Ironwood Knights of Columbus will be accepting monetary
donations for their annual “Coats for Kids” drive. Winter coats are
purchased and distributed to area children to keep them warm
this winter. Donations may be sent to the Knights of Columbus,
P.O. Box 251, Ironwood, MI 49938. Thank you for your continued
support.

Christmas Baskets In an effort to assist our St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry as they
prepare Christmas baskets, donation bags have been placed in
the St. Joseph Room and in the back of Church. Each bag has a
list of specific items that are included in the baskets as well as
items that are always needed. Bags may be placed in the St.
Vincent de Paul donation box located in the St. Joseph Room.

Youth Encounter - November 8 - 10
Fortune Lake in Crystal Falls, MI
A retreat put on by young people for young people. Youth
Encounter is a system to build Christian Community among the
youth. A community that offers support, growth in faith, and
encouragement to become a positive influence in their
environment. It is a retreat that occurs once with a monthly follow-
up. Candidates must be 16 years old or in the second semester of
their Sophomore year. To see if it’s a fit or to apply for the

A Season of Giving - The Giving Tree Our Parish is partnering with Santa’s Headquarters to provide gifts
for area children who may not receive Christmas gifts without our
help. Our giving tree is filled with ornaments that have the age
and gender of a child who will benefit from your generosity.
Please return an unwrapped gift to the base of our tree by Friday,
November 29th. All gifts will be given to families on Wednesday,
December 4th.
