a team photo and individual portrait of each team member.

provided, making this a fantastic service for your club in the event of wet weather.

We encourage the photo sessions to be done midweek at training, and our

backdrops and portable lighting systems allow for these to be done indoors or

outdoors in the afternoon /evening. We are one of a very few photographers

offering this option.

Our Contact Details

1. Secure Your BookingBy calling 1300 843 664 or 0403 339 347 or emailing request@winkipopmedia.com.au and

speaking with our friendly office staff. Initially, this can be done without a fixed date.

2. We Despatch Your Booking PacksWhich will contain all the information about the photo day logistics required for the club,

managers and parents. The manager then distributes the supplied payment slips to the

players, which will be filled out and returned to our photographer or assistant on the photo day.

3. On Your Photo DayAn experienced WinkiPoP photographer and assistant (if required) will work together with

a representative from your club on the day. Our photographer will work to the schedule

recommended by your club. For club and parents convenience, payments are made on the

day with children returning their order form & payment envelope.

4. Photo Delivery Time Provided that all the information supplied by the club is complete and

correct, your completed packs will be delivered within 4 weeks

of the club’s final photo day.
