Greg Archer joined Alliance Ag Services as Agricultural Real
Estate Agent. He brings over 27 years of experience in
Agricultural real estate throughout the State of California. Greg
has been an independent Agricultural Real Estate Agent with
Capital Agricultural Property Services, Inc., (CAPS), a
subsidiary of Prudential, since 1988.
He specializes in property sales and acquisitions in the San
Joaquin Valley, Coachella Valley, Imperial Valley and the
extended Yuma area. While with CAPS, he completed 175 real
estate transactions totaling 110,476 acres and approximately
$350,612,000. The majority of these transactions represent medium and large corporate
growers/owners. He has also represented several major institutional growers/investors. His
experience with CAPS/Prudential has given him an excellent understanding of institutional
philosophies on property investments.
Prior to joining CAPS, Greg worked for a large farming company in Corcoran as an
agronomist and was responsible for agronomic practices on 35,000 acres. Additionally, he
was born and raised in Corcoran, California, and farmed with his father in the Tulare Lake
Basin. He graduated from Fresno State University with a BS degree in viticulture, and is an
alumnus of the California Ag Leadership Program.
Nat graduated from Fresno State University with a Bachelor of
Science in Viticulture, and is a Class VI member of the
California Agricultural Leadership program. He is an accredited
Farm Manager and Past President of the CA Chapter of the
American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers, and is
involved in numerous organizations which network all over the
United States. He was employed previously by Capital
Agricultural Property Services, Inc. where he managed 22,000
acres of various commodities in California and Arizona. Nat will
continue as President and CEO of Allied Grape Growers, a
winegrape growers marketing cooperative representing nearly 600 members throughout
California - a position he has held for the past 15 years.
