Guidelines on how to open your Europe Seller Central account
Set-up of your Amazon Seller Central account
Consultancy of:
Costs of Amazon: fixed account cost, FBA commission, FBA cost per type of SKU
Invoicing: We will share our knowledge of invoice creation. Please note, each order must have its own invoice. Once you start getting large amounts of orders we can set MagicOrders (charges might apply in the future). This is the tool which can link your Seller Central account with your accounting system and automatically create an invoice for each order. This tool is also used for the provisioning chain.
Overall business strategy: competitors’ analysis and actions, solving or approaching conflicts with exclusive distributors within Europe
List your products in all 5 marketplaces within Europe (Spain, UK, France, Italy, Germany), which means having your products available in 26 EU Countries. There are two ways of listing:
Bulk listing: use category-specific Amazon files, which allows you to have product variations neatly listed as child categories under the relevant father
Add products using Amazon system: list products one by one. Product variants in this case will not be grouped (i.e., no child-father relationship)
If needed, we can update the listing, which includes adding and removing the products from your Amazon inventory.
Additional product information submission for each SKU
Image: At least one Image is required. Amazon allows up to 9 images per SKU.
Descriptions and Key Product Features: The description must not be longer than 2,000 characters. One SKU is allowed to have 5 key product features, with each of them not exceeding 100 characters.
Keywords and Search Terms: One SKU is allowed to have 5 keywords and 5 search terms. Each of the terms and keywords cannot exceed 50 characters.
Product Pricing
Price set-up for each market
Price update if needed for each market
Automatic daily price fluctuation set available. In such case, we will set the RepricerExpress (charges apply) and will manage it for you. This is only needed if your listings are very competitive and there’s a high price sensitivity.
FBA shipment
List all the products to be shipped and specifying the quantities
Add missing information, such as product dimensions, if needed
Add shipment information, such as sender's address and destination (warehouse of Amazon)
Select type of shipment (small parcel vs. palletised) and create the shipment labels
Finalize the shipment and request booking from Amazon
Forward all the documents to the person responsible for the shipment
Keep an eye on the shipment, and if needed, help to solve the discrepancies and submit proof of deliveries (PODs)
Management of your FBA inventory
Alert you about needed stock replenishment
Make sure that all products are listed
Take care of any discrepancy of product listing or product information itself
Take care of unfulfillable goods: In this case, we are in charge of making the removal order or requesting Amazon to dispose of the products based on your interest.
Create the fulfillment orders: If shipment of some stock to a third party is required from your side, we will take care of creating the request to Amazon.
Customer feedback
Ask for reviews: set the tool which automatically sends the emails to the customer, either FeedBack Express or FeedbackFive (charges apply)
Check customer feedback
Respond each positive feedback
Take care of negative feedback and make sure that it is deleted
Answering direct messages send to you by customers of Amazon
Advertising
Campaign creation: ads containing your products will be visible at all 5 Amazon websites (.uk, .de, .es, .it, and .fr)
