SydFit Exercise Classes!Starting December 5th, Pam, a qualified
fitness professional with SydFit, willlead residents in a Cardio Strength
Exercise Class.The class will be held every Monday at1:15 p.m. in the movie room. We are so
excited to introduce our residents tothis wonderful fitness program. ENJOY!!
Hot Cocoa and HealthA cup or two of cocoa each day may domore than ward off a chill. Cocoa is rich
in antioxidants, potassium, iron andother nutrients. Hot chocolate is also
chock-full of flavonoids, powerfulcompounds that are being studied fortheir link to fighting cancer, preventing
stroke and delaying dementia and othercognitive problems.
