Gov. Ducey delays opening of in-person education
Gov. Doug Ducey issued an Executive Order last week that delays the opening of in-person school throughout the state to August 17, 2020.
Given the Governor’s most recent order, District leadership plans to begin the 2020-2021 School Year remotely, with all students beginning classes through remote/online learning on August 10, 2020.

El gobernador Ducey retrasa la apertura de la educación en persona
El gobernador Doug Ducey emitió una orden ejecutiva la semana pasada que retrasa el regreso de la escuela en persona en todo el estado hasta el 17 de Agosto de 2020.

Keep children protected with sunscreen, sun-protective hats, proper clothing, and UV-blocking sunglasses. When using sun-screen, look for one with an SPF of at least 30 that screens out both UVA and UVB rays, apply liberally and every two hours.
Remember to read with your child 20 minutes or more
each day.
