Filtering District uses a Pass-Through Filtering Service All
requests for access to internet sites are passed through a filter.
All requests and responses are recorded and reported. Monitors more
than 15 million sites. New sites are added to the database daily.
District has the ability to open up sites that have content that
might be useful for education purposes. Teachers may request that
sites be unblocked. A local committee governs these requests.
