What is Missing?Previous balance or opening stock + Production + Import = Consumption + Export + Balance Stock

But this never tallies. Always there will be huge differences in positive and negative figures.

Negative missing on mathematical error means publishing excess stock than actual and positive missing is against it. Both these are to reduce the prices of various types of Rubber.
