• AG is the engineering, tooling and prototype part of our group. AG can support AE with as many machines, systems and personnel as needed for any large and complex project

• The AG campus is also a precision machining company that partners with AE on joint projects 

• AG does casting simulation, core blowing simulation, heat distortion simulation and very rapid 3D design

• AG engineering backs up AE on machining fixture development, cutting tool development and machining programming development

• Make Sand and Permanent Mold foundry tooling, HPDC tooling, Plastic Injection mold tooling, Stamping tooling and are entering the blow mold tooling arena.

• Make rapid prototype development for components, including rapid prototype laser printed sand molds and cores, while making like production to capture value to be used for potential production

• To bring the LK4E‐8D611‐AA Alternator Bracket Machining in house and at a low cost, in a short launch curve, we re‐purposed (2) Hurco machines that were at the AG plant. Launched 4‐axis fixtures, machining programs and production ready in 6 weeks
