I, M/s Sunita Gupta, W/o Shri Naredra Gupta, Authorized signatory R/o S-3, Mahesh Marg, Bapunnagar District Jaipur, Rajastahan do hereby solemnly affirm and undertake that

1. Adequate Green belt shall be developed and approx. 140 locally adaptable tree species

and shrubs to be planted on the backfilled areas after consultation with the local authority

as mentioned in the pre-feasibility report at page number 32

2. The labour shall be hired from local villages and all necessary facilities shall be provided

at the mining site as mentioned in the pre-feasibility report at page number 22 .

3. The CSR budget allocated shall be kept separate to be used only in the committed area as

mentioned in the pre-feasibility report at page number 35 .
