Contrary to what most leadership programs teach, many leadership challenges have no ready, cookbook solution. In these cases, effective leaders thoughtfully and skillfully mobilize people to learn and adopt new values, beliefs, and behaviors. Great leaders engage the group’s collective intelligence to make effective decisions resulting in focused, aligned action. In six weekly small group sessions, Dr. Dev Butler and Ruth Stegeman will share a tested leadership model and associated tools developed at Harvard University. Each participating leader will select a real-life, current issue to apply to the experience. The group of six participants will learn, grow, and solve problems together.
