Strategic Highlights
IAMBK has expanded its target area to cover Auburn, Opelika, Beauregard,
Loachapoka, Notasulga, Little Texas, Tuskegee, and Franklin (in Lee and
Macon counties).
Financial Highlights
IAMBK launched a capital fundraising campaign to secure an office, staff, and
building for all of its programs, and experienced an increase in private,
foundation, corporate, and government funding.
Operating Highlights
IAMBK has established an advisory committee of experts to evaluate program
performance and to provide recommendations for program improvements and
quality enhancement.
Looking Ahead
IAMBK is looking to acquire transportation for families in remote communities
to access its services, a building to accommodate all program needs, and
funding to support part-time staff.
