INVITATION FROM SCOTT HAY-BARTLEM

‘The adviser training day was clear, concise and relevant, coveringissues of today.’

It is my pleasure to invite you to our SMSF Conference and

Adviser Training Day. Our program is designed to educate you,

our advisers, on issues we come across in assisting you and your

clients. Based on your feedback from prior Adviser Training Days,

we will cover a diverse range of topics in short sharp practical

sessions to keep the pace up and the focus on.

For a number of years, Cooper Grace Ward has been running

annually both our Super Update and our Adviser Training Day.

We have decided this year to run what has been our Annual

Super Update as our Annual SMSF Conference the afternoon

before our Adviser Training Day, and to expand it to not just

cover the year that was, but also to discuss important issues

that our advisers came across during the year. For 2015 we will

take a close look at what happens when an SMSF member dies

or loses capacity, as it is coming up more and more, often in an

adversarial environment. By discussing what must occur once an

event has happened, we can also highlight the vital planning that

clients need.

And as always we will feature speakers from our talented team,

with more available during the day to meet you and answer your

questions.

I look forward to seeing you at both events!
