    Exhibition Regulations

    Booth Cleaning

    The organizer is responsible for daily cleaning of public areas and passageway only.Exhibitors have to take care of the cleanliness of their own booths.

    Security and Insurance

    While every reasonable precaution is taken in regard to ground security, the organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage which may befall the person or property of the exhibitor regardless of cause.

    Exhibitors are also advised to insure their exhibits for the time their goods are in storage. The organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, distress or harm caused to any person or to any persons property on the exhibition ground regardless of cause.

    Exhibit LimitationsTwo exhibitors badges are allotted for each booth. These serve as entry passes to the Exhibition Hall and must be worn for entry into the showground. Additional booth staff badges are available at NTD 12,000 each. Please see the Sponsor and Exhibitor Application Form.

    Exhibitors booth partitions can be only erected to a height of 250 cm.Advertising materials such as signs, posters and other advertising decorations can be only erected to a height of 400 cm.

    Exhibitors must remove all exhibits from the Exhibition Hall within the move-out period stipulated by the Congress Secretariat. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Exhibition Hall due to delayed removal.

    5. Payment Information (Contd) Regulations

    To safe-guard the rights and benefits of sponsors / exhibitors, Congress principles of sponsorship management is according to the reply date of Sponsor and Exhibitor Application Form and Sponsor rank, and all payment must be done by the payment method.

    No reservation will be confi rmed until payment is received.

    A pro forma invoice will be issued to the sponsors / exhibitors once payment is verifi ed.

    Any payment made will not be refunded under any circumstances.

    Sponsorships are allocated on a Higher-level, Higher-priority and First-come, First-served basis.

    When registered for AOCOG 2011, participants agree to follow all existing regulations.

    Once submitted the application form is submitted and confi rmed by the Congress Secretariat, the contract will be established and come into effect.

    Violations of the regulations may result, in the exclusion of the transgressors upon decision of the Congress Secretariat. No claims for damages will be accepted.
