Nothing  takes  the  wind  out  of  your  sails  more  quickly  than  a  few  __________  comments  made  by  the  wrong  person  at  the  wrong  time.      And  the  worst  critic  you  will  ever  encounter  is…yes,  you  guessed  it...  the  one  who  lives  

inside  of  your  own  ______.    

THE  WAY  YOU  ______  TO  YOURSELF  HAS  A  PROFOUND  IMPACT  ON  YOUR

 All  too  often  we  talk  ourselves  out  of

Many  people  assume  that  just  because  there’s  a  voice  inside  their  head  that  they

But  the  truth  is    you  don’t.

 Self  talk  is  something  we  all  do.

Everything  starts  out  as  a  thought.    

Thoughts  really  are  ________.    

They  are  flashes  of  _________  and  __________  that  science  can  now  measure.  

 Every  single  thought  we  have  __________  throughout  our  body  and  mind  and  extends  beyond  that  __________  things  to  you  of  a  

similar  vibration.    

We  all  know  about  ‘The  Law  of  Attraction’.    

You  can  tell  what  anybody’s  _________  thoughts  are  by  looking  at  their  

current  _________.    

The  real  problem  here  is  that  most  people  have  no  __________  over  their  thoughts  and  they  allow  themselves  to  get  caught  and  

__________  in  very  disempowering  thoughts  that  can  weaken  them  and  ultimately  ruin  

their  life!

DO  YOU  KNOW  THAT  PEOPLE  CAN  GET  ________  IN  SOMETHING  THAT  SOMEBODY

These  negative  thoughts  will  only  affect  you  if  you  continue  to  __________  them.  

   

AS  GANDHI  ONCE  SAID  Nobody  can  hurt  me  without  my  __________.  

Think  about  the  daily  activities  you  need  to  be  doing  in  order  to  grow  your  business.  

 

At  the  moment,  with  regards  to  those  activities  -­‐  especially  the  activities  you’re  

procrastinating  on.  

 

There’s  A  Certain  Negative  __________  You  Most  Probably  Are  Using  On  __________.  

 

And  it  almost  always  starts  with  

 __________  Self  Talk.

For  example,  if  you  are  fearful  of  rejection  you  may  say  something  internally  like  “What  if  they  say  no  and  I  feel  embarrassed  or  even  

stupid?”  

 

So  your  mindset  challenge  for  today  comes  in  3  steps…  

 

Step  1:  

 

__________  this  pattern  by  __________  your  self  talk.  

 

The  instant  you  detect  your  mind  running  that  negative  pattern  simply  say  the  word  ______.  

 

And  picture  a  _____  _____  in  front  of  you.

Step  2:  

 

_________  the  negative  autosuggestion  with  a  positive  autosuggestion  of  your  _________.  

 

One  of  my  all  time  favourite  books  is  ‘Self  Mastery  Through  Conscious  Autosuggestion’,  

written  in  the  1920’s  by  Emile  Coué.  

 

Coué  quickly  discovered  what  later  came  to  be  known  as  the  _________  effect.  

 

He  coined  the  now  famous  phrase…  

 

"Every  day,  in  every  way,  I'm  getting  better  and  better"

The  Coué  Method  was  to  repeat  this  autosuggestion  over  and  over  again  –  about  ___  -­‐  ___  times  in  the  morning  when  you  wake  up  &  in  the  evening  before  sleep.  

 

You  have  to  say  it  in  a  relaxed,    quiet,  __________  state.  

 

Every  day,  in  every  way,  I'm  getting  better  and  better"  

 According  to  Coué,  repeating  these  words  with  ________  enough  times  causes  the  

_______________  to  absorb  them.  

 

The  application  of  his  mantra  like  conscious  autosuggestion  produced  amazing  results.  

 

Of  course  you  can  use  different  words  depending  on  the  result  you  want.

“Every  day,  in  every  way,  I'm  becoming  more  confident”  

 

“Day  by  day  in  every  way  I’m  becoming  a  person  of  action”  

 

Step  3:  

 

_________  this  new  pattern  over  and  over  again  so  that  it  becomes  your  habitual  way  of  

thinking.  

 

Please  do  not  underestimate  the  power  of  positive  self-­‐talk.
