2016CHALLENGES
ENCOUNTERED
39 JETTI FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL, INC.
CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED
Management is requiring to reach out to more communities.
Misalignment in the time schedule of the program vis-à-vis the availability of the decision makers, trainers and professionals in the public and private offices needed for the program implementation.
Misalignment of the actual expenses vs. budget. More often spending is more than anticipated expense budget.
After the program implementation there is little time to do the thorough evaluation of the program in terms of what worked and what did not work.
Difficulty in getting the full commitment of the community leaders and volunteers on the implementation of the programs and services since they are managing other community projects within the year.
Additional 1 staff to handle Special Projects wherein JFII shall partner with communities that
will meet the qualifications for outreach.
Annual planning session with the decision makers, trainers and professionals at the start of the year to
firm up the schedule of each program.
Detailed project planning to ascertain the expenses needed for each project
Program planning and evaluation will be carried out this year 2016, January.
Joint planning of annual programs and services must be done together with the community
leaders and core group members. This will assure ownership and continuity of the programs and
services being sponsored. In addition this will help alignment of the programs of the community and that
of the foundation.
