Abstract: All invited speakers are requested to submit a full-length camera-ready paper written in English. The

manuscripts should be formatted single-spaced and sized for A4 paper (21cm x 29.7cm) with 2.5cm margins on

all sides of all pages. The minimum length is 4 pages and the maximum length is 10 pages, including all text,

references, tables, figures, and photographs. The pages should be left unnumbered. (use 10 point)

1. INTRODUCTION

The title should be written in bold capital letters

and centered at the top of the first page. The authors'

names, complete organizational affiliations, mailing

addresses, and E-mail addresses should be two lines

below the title as shown above. The authors are

recommended to use 11 point “Times New Roman”

font or its equivalence for the title and authors’

names, complete organizational affiliations, mailing

addresses, and E-mail addresses.

The abstract of about 100 words should be placed

three lines below the last E-mail address. The main

text should start three lines below the abstract and be

written in a two-column format with 8mm spacing

between columns. Use 10 point “Times New Roman”

font or its equivalence for the abstract and the main

text. Indent each paragraph by 3.5mm.

2. MAJOR SECTIONS

Each major section should begin with a heading in

bold capital letters centered within a column and

numbered using Arabic numerals except for

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and REFERENCES. Take

a one-line blank before the section heading line.

2.1 Major Subsections

The subsection heading should be left justified in

bold letters capitalizing the first letter of each word

and numbered using Arabic numerals (2.1, 2.2, ...).

2.2 Equations

Equations should be centered in the column and

numbered sequentially. Place the equation number to

the right of the equation with right justification

within its column. An example would be

∇× H=J+ ∂ D∂ t

.

When referring to an equation, use the number within

parenthesis as (1).

3. FIGURES AND PHOTOGRAPHS

The submissions must withstand a black and white

printing. The authors are recommended not to use

color traces in graphical data or color photographs.

Place figure and photograph captions directly below

each figure and photograph as shown in Fig. 1. The

captions numbered sequentially using Arabic

numerals should be always left and right justified,

rather than centered, even if they are less than a

single full line in length.

4. TABLES

Place table captions just above each table. The

captions numbered sequentially using Arabic

numerals should be always left and right justified,

rather than centered, even if they are less than a

single full line in length.

5. REFERENCING

When referencing a journal article [1], a

conference proceedings article [2] or a book [3],

place the reference numbers within square brackets.

The reference list is placed in the last section. The

references should be listed in the order cited as

shown in the examples [1]–[3] below.
