NOISE POLLUTION
a). No external speakers will be installed to the existing building orexternally.
b).All doors and windows other than the main entrance doors will heldin the closed position when music and entertainment is being held.
c). Signs will be installed adjacent final exit doors requestingcustomers to 'Please leave the premises quietly and respect ourneighbors'.
d). A management plan will be held on site outlining the importance ofadhering to the above and also to control any patrons using the rearexternal drinking area. The management plan will include a strategy todeal with customers who don't adhere to the required behavior andnoise levels required. Staff training will be provided to deal with suchcases.
e) Proposed use of external drinking area to be limited until 10.30pmeach evening.
