CUSTOMER APPLICATIONSROBOTIC CABINET LINE FOR A TOP LOAD WASHERProcess Steps:• Load blanks• Emboss blanks in 300 ton press• Trim edges and corners• Bend edge flanges in two servo benders• Pierce mounting-holes in rear flanges• Bend wrapper into U-shape• Toggle-lock brackets in position while in U-bender• Robotic unload• Toggle-lock final brackets

DISHWASHER FRONT DOOR PANEL LINE Process Steps, 12 seconds, part-to-part:• Destack blanks• Datum trim and pierce• Stamp date• Trim top and bottom (auto die change system)• Flip for A-side down• Bend top, bottom, sides with servo-benders (four panel heights w/auto changeover)• Louver pierce • Tighten corners with corner restrike

TOP LOAD WASHER FINAL ASSEMBLY LINEStations:• Plastic spin welder• Tub assembly spur line• Drive assembly spur line• Lid assembly spur line• Main assembly line with water• Fill high pot testing• Operational test rail• Repair bay with testing• Pack out area

ROBOTIC BASKET AND DRUM LINES FOR WASHERSProcess Steps:• Laser weld• Lance holes and dimples in dual ram press with decoiler and precision shear (± .0004 straight edge) • Spin form flange at each end for stiffer hoop• Hole pierce lifter and off-set form• Closure assembly by seaming using servos• Pierce holes for bracket mounting and balance rings• Assembly of bracket• Insert manual screws• Torque screws with DC nut runners• Inspection
