Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is insurance to assist international students meet the cost of medical and hospital care which they may need while in Australia. OSHC may also pay for limited pharmaceuticals and emergency ambulance services. All applicants must demonstrate an acceptable level of English language competency to gain admission. Minimum acceptable scores for research are listed at the Postgraduate research language requirements web-page. English Language Competency test results must normally have been obtained within the past two years. Higher English requirements are required for applicants in Law, Education, Dentistry and Business and you are advised to check with the relevant Faculty office, if applicable.
