Long last Precision with high-stability and Consistency
Our spindles that are all direct driven perform a wide range of machining process along with betterment of the main axis rigidity that prevents heat distortions. The maximum round per min of our spindles is 24,000 rpm.
We have adapted the rigid tapping as a standard feature for all products, which should be able to maximize customers’ productivity with “inch perfect” accurate/prompt tap processing. In addition, the precision of our rigid tap process has been proved in accordance with all relevant ISO certificates and also even tapping tool life can be extended. Furthermore the processing time has been saved on the reverse rotation with triple speed up return.
(Mitsubishi CNC command: G84Z-10.R3.F1.0.S2000,R1,S6000)
We also apply big plus tooling system (BBT#30) that is the dual contact (the surface of spindles tool tapers) to hold tools to reduce vibration and process rigid machining with high-speed. We have developed to maximize the diameter of tool contact spot in order to improve the accuracy repeatability of automatic tool changer and prevent Z-axis from distortions. This BBT system also increase tool life time as well

Axial Movement is Important for Face Contact Applying spindle fixing 2 faces (PT400S Standard)
The system uses main axis fixing 2 faces (BBT #30) which contact main axis and taper cross-sections to reduce vibration and realize high-speed processing with high precision.
ATC repetitive precision is improved by increasing standard diameter and extends tool life by protecting Z-axis from deformation during high-speed operation.

Rapid transfer speed of each axis can reach out to for reach up to 60m/min in maximum that also can reduce a great amount of non-cutting time with 1G of acceleration and deceleration. (the range of rapid traverse for each axis is various and depending on machines)
An optional high raised column is also available, which can level up to 150mm height at Z-axis in order for customers to be able to get more machining space. (Except for DUAL TABLE machine : UT360D)
LM Guide with excellent response has been equipped to minimize noise during traverse of axes and this LM Guide is also another great factor to reduce non-cutting time. In addition, our guide way system maintains to keep machines in high-precision even for long-term usage and minimize slide side abrasion and stick slip that general guide way easily gets
Our Ball screws have been developed to minimize heat distortions and remove backlash with 4 column preloaded angular thrust bearings from both sides. (No. of preloaded angular thrust bearings: X 4ea / Y 4ea / Z 5ea) Moreover Ball screws on our machines have been directly connected with individual servo motors to allow machines to attain the high-precise axes traverse.

High-speed tool changer being driven by enhanced technologies
Basically the standard automatic tool changer (ATC) is turret type with 14 tool magazines. Optional features of it are turret type with 20 tool magazines, twin arm type with 20 and 24 tool magazines. Specially, in case of twin arm type, the tool changing time are at the speed of 1.1sec. for T-T (tool to tool) and 2.0 sec. for C-C (chip to chip)
Servo Motor ATCServo Motor ATC is recently “Must have item” for the maximum productivity.It would be the best choice to have servo motor ATC when a machining process requires various tools and multiple tool changing.

UT360D has dual table system as a standard. Particularly the rotatable table adopts Rack & Pinion system, worked by hydraulic mechanism and is designed to simply determine location through location pin.
Automatic Oil LubricatorAutomatic lubrication is provided to the linear guide ways and ball screws. Lubrication oil is delivered by metered piston distributors, which precisely control the volume of oil. A Low-level alarm prevents the machine from being restarting preventing possible damage

XT3000S -3,200×460mm and XT6000S -6,600×460mm have a wide table of work area, which will make users allow having the best use of maximum work area all among its same class of equipment.
The precision of XT6000S/2SP has been upgraded by applying X axis Linear Scale. This linear scale system can control the machining accuracy within 0.5㎛ of X-axis regardless sizes of wok pieces. (XT3000S : Ball screw)

Programming system for creating CNC programs easily.
Existing backlash calibration due to backlash from elastic deformation from ball screws causes excessive calibration and abrasion.
In the progressive backlash, the protrusion is effectively reduced by gradually changing calibration values to realize highly precise processes.
Users select a process on the screen and input data to automatically write programs for each process.
Tool paths are visualized as graphics if users register tool and cutting conditions in advance.
