This coupon provides 3 days (2 nights) vacation for 2 adults and 2 children (11 and under but out of diapers) at the Stratosphere Ca-sino Hotel; 2000 Las Vegas Blvd South; Las Vegas, NV 89104 or equivalent in a standard 2 Dbl Bed Room (Slp 4). Good for 2 adults and 2 children (<12) ONLY - The Stratosphere requires that all additional persons aged 12+ are $25/person/night -

MAX 4 total persons. Children 11 and under (out of diapers) may share a room with parents at no additional charge. Children must be out of diapers and will be required to stay in supervised child care area while parents attend the presentation or parents must make alternate arrangements for child care while both parents attend the required resort tour together. No Exceptions.

Arrivals on Sunday thru Thursday only are included. Friday and Saturday arrivals require an additional $50/night weekend surcharge regardless of check-in day.

The required resort tour will take place on morning after the date of arrival - No tours are allowed on day of arrival or departure. Tour will be at a remote welcome center located at IRLV, 1050 E Flamingo Road Suite E-320, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Transportation IS

Also the resort reserves the right to verify your presented demographics & income with the credit bureaus and verify compli-ance with these terms during the course of the resort tour so do not misrepresent your demographics on this form or fail to comply with these terms as the resort may disqualify you at any time, even during the resort tour, based on received information which would result in your being charged for the costs of the accommodations and for any gifts received.

3. This offer is valid for a family of up to 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2-11)(Children must be out of diapers), Married: aged 25+; (Both Spouses.) US (But NOT from Nevada, Alaska, Idaho, Hawaii, Nebraska or West Virginia),

must have Government. issued picture id showing same address, combined annual income of $60,000 US dollars; full time employed (no students) and creditworthy. Must have a major credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Card, or Discover with your name embossed on it - No Prepaid or Debit Cards even those with VISA or M/C logo). Resort may pull credit report to determine if you qualify for tour so do not misrepresent your qualifications. All attendees must understand, read, write, and speak FLUENT English. For unmarried cohabiting couples: US, or Canadian residents 25-70; both parties must have a Govt. issued picture ID showing proof of cohabitation (Same address) and combined annual income of $60,000 US Dollars; full time employed. Must have a major credit card. Single Men and Couples under 25 are not eligible for use of this coupon. You also must be listed in our authorized purchaser database.

4. To activate this request, complete form, demographics, execute charging authorization and FAX w/ Govt. Issued Picture ID to us. Select reservation date up to 12 months from purchase date. Avoid travel on Weekends ($50/

nt weekend stay surcharge) or w/in 7 days before or after a Holiday to avoid a $25PP and up /Room/Night Holiday Surcharge. No Travel between Christmas and New Years. No tours are permitted on Day of arrival OR departure. The additional conditions on the face of this coupon are hereby incorporated by reference.

5. Short notice requests may be accepted but surcharged. A $25 PP surcharge for any change once confirmed. Also, once confirmed reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Surcharges are increased for multiple changes and/or changes with less than 30 days advance notice. Cancellations or changes made less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur, in addition to the Hotel No-Show charge, a $75.00 Cancellation Fee.

6. No credit will be given for unused days and unused days may not be transferred to other locations. Sorry, NO pets are allowed.
