Saturday MorningsPlease join our men’s group for fellowship and reflection as we discuss Paul’swritings and their relevance to men today. Our schedule continues April 6th,April 20th, May 4th and May 18th from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. in the FriendshipCenter. This is a BYOC event (Bring Your Own Coffee). No prior reading isrequired. Focus on MissionsOur January donations to St.
Philip’s totaled 146 food itemsand continued into Februarywith another 98. In addition, 99items were delivered to AmblerCommunity Cupboard. ThePhilabundance troops helpedpack 720 “Senior Boxes” (30lbs. each) in January and 900pounds of dry cereal (10 poundboxes, each containing 20 half-pound bags) in February. Alsoin February our Mission of theMonth, OHAAT (One House at aTime) collected 7 new pillows, 6 comforters, 17 sets of sheets,10 pillowcases, 8 blankets and$100.00 in cash donations.Ladies from the UMW met onMarch 9 in the FriendshipCenter to put together 10 moreNo-Sew Blankets for thechildren. Volunteers willcontinue to assist in beddeliveries throughout the year –just a few hours on a Saturdaywould be such a blessing to thiseffort.
Aid for Friends is expanding!!In addition to our regular ThirdThursday group, Rachel Circlemet on March 5 to add another80 meals to our regular countand they will be meeting on thefirst Tuesday in every othermonth to continue to add to thetotals. Also the MOPS momswill be meeting to put another80 meals together and areconsidering making that effort apermanent contribution to ourchurch missions. Much of thecredit goes to Barbara Clymer’sMemorial gifts which she haddesignated to go to funding theAFF meals. Thank you,Barbara, and thanks to all whoso generously are giving theirtime and talents to thesemission efforts.The Jesus Victory Garden
(“JVG”) is a terrific way for youto have a direct impact on thewar against hunger in our ownDelaware Valley. We kicked offour efforts in March, but the
work will carry on all summerand into the fall as our harvestspresent themselves. Thoseharvests will be donated toPhilabundance and to local foodpantries. By committing to tendone of the beds in the JVG orbeing a substitute gardener,harvester, weigher and packeror helping with delivery, YOUcan be an instrument of God’smercy to those who are so muchin need of food. You can offeryour help to Pastor Walt orConnie Damon and they’llgladly accept!!April’s Mission of the Month
will again be our Annual FlowerSale to benefit Carson-SimpsonFarm Summer Camp and we’llwant to sponsor week-longcamp experiences for inner-citychildren who would not be ableto do so without our help. Lookfor order forms after Easter.

N U r S E r Y C A r ENursery Care is available forinfants through 2 ½ during the9:15 Sunday worship service. Ifyou require nursery care during
the 11am Sunday Service please contact the church office by theprevious Friday and we will be happy to provide a qualified nurserystaff person. Nursery care is also available for special worshipservices (Lent services, etc.) Stop in the nursery for a brochurewith nursery information and policies.
A C T I V I T Y B A G SActivity bags are available foruse during services. Look forthe rack next to the WelcomeCenter in the lobby or ask an
usher. Each bag containsstories, crayons, games, puzzles
with scriptures, etc, to helpchildren who attend the service.

Annual Indoor & Outdoor Flea MarketThe MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group is hosting the Flea Market onSat., May 4th from 8am-1pm. We’re looking for vendors to participate. Atable will be provided inside the Fellowship hall for a fee of$15.00/table. Additionally, anyone is welcome to provide their owntable and/or tent (rain or shine) outside the entrance to the hall for$10.00/space. Please be aware that its first come, first serve. Bring Students To ChristDisciple Students In Christ
GUATEMALA 2013: We still have afew spots left! Our Sr high ministrywill be traveling to Guatemala on June23 – 29, 2013 for our summer missiontrip. We encourage all students in 9th– 12th grade to attend this lifechanging trip! A $300 deposit is dueon ASAP for consideration for aspot: we have had a great turnoutand there is now a waiting list for aspot. We will be doing fundraising inthe spring to significantly lower thecost of the trip. During this trip, we willexperience cross-cultural ministry aswe do construction projects, work inorphanages, help in food kitchens, aswell as worship the Lord. See Nick formore details!
