Find balance, restoration, and healing using the practice of restorative Yoga. The practice engages our parasympathetic nervous system which takes the body into a state to rest and digest. It is through rest that our bodies heal. In this state our tissues renew and rejuvenate themselves, as we provide nourishment and support to the body through active engagement of prana. Learn how to move inward finding connection to the breath. Open the body and mind through gentle movement and stretch. Then allow let yourself go deep into restorative practice using supported poses for extended periods of time that allow for the body to really benefit from the poses. Reduce stress as you release physical, mental, and emotional tension from the body and mind finding balance, restoration, and healing. Register at the Fitness Front Desk or call 623-580-9556.
