Welcome to Don LaForge, our new on-site Personal Trainer

My name is Don LaForge and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 23years specializing in all aspects of fitness, including nutritional guidanceand meal planning. I hold bodybuilding titles and have a passion towardhelping others achieve their fitness goals.

I also have a background in Nutraceuticals, including knowledge of sportssupplements, vitamins, medicinal herbs and Ayurvedics. I have a MS inCriminal Justice, with a minor in Nutrition, but have also earned my degreein Biotechnology.

I love spending my free time with my girlfriend, Ingrid, and her dog Scrappy.I also enjoy hiking, going to the movies and attending church. Some of myfavorite hobbies are golfing and bowling.
