The following is a quick reference guide to help you access, configure & troubleshoot AQD.

1. Using a PC (Laptop or Desktop)* and your favourite web browser navigate to the ROUGE AQD page through either of the links found on Aeronet in the following locations (see screenshots on next slide):

a) ROUGE HOMEPAGE; orb) MY FLIGHT OPS HOMEPAGE (pilots only)

*NOTE: AQD has not certified any mobile web browsers for use with their product. As such, you may encounter bugs if you use a mobileweb browser (i.e. iPad or phone). See T/S section in this document for further.

2. Alternatively, you may proceed directly to the Rouge AQD website by entering the following URL (you don’t have to go through Aeronet):

a) Your USERNAME is your employee number (not case-sensitive)

i. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS: If your employee number is rg123456, then your AQD Username is:

rg123456

ii. PILOTS: If your employee number is ac123456, then your AQD Username is:

Ac123456

b) Your temporary user password is also your employee number with capital letters (passwords are case-sensitive).

i. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS: If your employee number is rg123456, then your AQD temporary password is:

RG123456

ii. PILOTS: If your employee number is ac123456, then your AQD temporary password is:

AC123456

Initial Setup & Access4. Setup your password:

a) Once you enter the credentials correctly, you will be prompted that your password has expired and to create a new one.

i. In the “Old Password” field, enter the temporary password you just used and then create your own unique password. (be sure to have at least 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 character)

b) Click Submit.

You can now use this new password to access AQD via the web or the app.

NOTE: Although your username is the same, your AQD user

credentials at ROUGE are NOT linked to your Aeronetcredentials! (When your aeronet password changes, your Rouge AQD password will not)

MER3 Overview Mobile eReports v3 (MER3) is an app which can be installed on an iPad or iPhone, or

Android tablet or phone.

It allows you to create eReports even when not connected to the internet.

When an eReport is submitted offline using the app, it will be held in an Outbox and sent when connectivity is restored.

MER3 Configuration - PILOT Air Canada Rouge and Rolls-Royce have partnered to provide our

pilots with a customized version of the app.

This custom app is not available publicly and is pushed to your P-EFB in a pre-configured state in terms of User Settings and the Connect Service URL configuration.

We have pre-configured the User Settings to their optimal setting for you. We do not recommend that you adjust these settings.

With this custom version you will now see two different iterations of the app, one for AC and one for ROU, each reflecting the appropriate company logo as depicted on the right.

They are titled: “AC eReports” or “ROU eReports”

WHILE OPERATING FOR ROUGE, use the “ROU eReports” version to submit SMS and Operational reports.

DO NOT use the “AC eReports” app unless you are currently flying for Mainline.

NOTE: YOU MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG INTO THE APP.

MER3 Configuration - MANUAL In your devices App store (i.e. Apple App Store; Google Play),

search for “eReports” and select v3.x.x published by “Rolls-Royce Controls and Data Services(NZ) Limited”

After install, open the app. You will be prompted to enter the “Connect Service URL” enter the following EXACTLY:

https://rouge.visiumaqd.com/smsconnect

Click “SAVE” and select “YES” if prompted to proceed.

Return to the app homepage and use your previously established AQD credentials to login to the app and begin using the app.

NOTE: YOU MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG INTO THE APP.

Troubleshooting If you have any issues with your AQD account, please email us at

[email protected] for support.

In general, most AQD connectivity issues are due to either of the following conditions, or a combination thereof:

1. Your password for AQD is incorrect (or expired); and/or2. Your mobile app is misconfigured.

Addressing your troubleshooting in the order above usually rectifies user connectivity issues.

For item 1, refer to the refer to the associated section in this guide.

For item 2, refer to the previous configuration section.

AQD has not certified any mobile web browsers for use with their product and there are a few known bugs because of this fact. Refer to the associated section for more info.

For all other issues or if the guidance in this document does not resolve your issue, please email ROUGE SAFETY for further support.

AQD T/S – Mobile Web Browser Use AQD has not certified any mobile web browsers for use with their product. There are a few known bugs because of this fact. Such as an issue with the

date picker. WORKAROUNDS:

Use a laptop or PC to access the web portal; Use the app; or Instruct your web browser to “REQUEST DESKTOP SITE” after navigating to the site.

AQD T/S - Password ResetNOTE:PASSWORD RESET CAN ONLY BE ACCOMPLISHED VIA THE WEB PORTAL. (functionality is not supported by the app)

1. Navigate to the AQD web login portal (via a web browser such as Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.);

2. Select “Forgot Password”;3. Enter your username in the popup;

AQD Password Reset4. Open your AC email and retrieve the system generated

temporary password;

5. Use this temp password to log into AQD on the web portal;

6. You will be prompted that your password has expired and needs to be reset. Use the temp password as the “Old Password” and then you may set up a new password of your choice (be sure to have at least 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 character);

7. Click “Submit”

8. You may now use this new password to access AQD via the web portal or the app.
