Student Recreation CentreHourly LockersThe Student Recreation Centre offers coin-operated lockers and hourly lockers (for a maximum use of 3 hours). Locks are available free-of-charge from the front desk in exchange for a piece of ID, or you can bring your own lock. Please note that locks left overnight will be removed.
Term-Based Locker RentalIn addition to the coin-operated and hourly lockers, there are lockers available for term-based rentals.
The ARCHourly LockersThe ARC offers hourly lockers (for a maximum use of 3 hours) free-of-charge from the front desk in exchange for a piece of ID.

UBC Aquatic CentreHourly LockersHourly lockers at the UBC Aquatic Centre are coin-operated. Depending on the size of the locker, each time you open the locker it costs either $1 for a large or extra-large locker, or $0.25 for a small or medium locker. All items must be removed by end-of-day.
Term-Based Locker RentalLockers are available for term-based rentals from the front desk. Locker expiration dates for each term are posted online and in the facility at the start of each term.

Great Trek Festival & Fall Classic Run
The Musqueam First Nation has a long history and tradition of running and the Fall Classic runs through these traditional lands. Featuring music, cultural performances, and traditional food – come join in on
the Fall Classic 5km, 10km or Half Marathon, or join in on the Great Trek Festival featuring activities, performances, food, and fun for all ages!

UBC Adult Swim Club
This fall we are introducing the UBC Adult Swim Club. If you are a recreational swimmer, masters swimmer, or a triathlete, this program is for you. Leverage experienced coaches for an after-work coached session, and priority access to morning and midday training times.
What do you need to participate? 1. Register online for the program. 2. Show up on the first day of the program with your swim
suit, a towel, and a loonie or quarter for a locker and be ready to dive in!

Learn to Dragon Boat Paddle
This new 4 week program is designed for those wishing to try a new sport! Dragon boating at the UBC Boathouse couples fun, fitness, and a gorgeous peaceful environment all in one! Great for families (with children 8+ years old) looking to play together.

UBC Aquatic Centre Open House

Come check out everything that the UBC Aquatic Centre has to offer! There will be games, snacks, and much more! Be sure to bring your swim suit, a towel, and a loonie or quarter for a locker if you want to get in the water, or simply drop-in for snacks and information in the lobby. We’ll also be hosting a lesson info session and running free swim assessments.

Drop-In Sports Try-It Night

Drop-in sports are a friendly and casual way to learn a new sport or participate in one you already know throughout the year! Paddle with over 3,500 people in one of the largest voyageur canoe races in the world. Teams paddle their boats in the beautiful waters off Jericho Beach in either competitive or just-for-fun races.

All week in the UBC Aquatic Centre we’ll have free programs for UBC Students to de-stress from midterms. Have a 30-minute break in between classes? Drop by for some mellow music and colouring in the mezzanine or relax in the steam room. Looking for something high-energy and fun? We’ll be hosting aqua fitness classes with a playlist of solely Beyoncé music.

1. Under 3 years of age receive free access.2. Pool access is free for currently registered UBC Students with their UBC Card. Each student
must scan their card each visit. There is a $5.00 charge for UBC Students who do not pay Athletics & Recreation fees or don’t have their card at the time of visit.
3. Family rate is listed per person for one or two parent households plus their children. Minimum one paying parent and one paying child.
4. Non-peak hours occur Monday to Friday between 9:00 am – 11:30 am, 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm, and 8:30 pm – close, as well as Saturday to Sunday after 6:30 pm.
5. A 10-visit card expires April 30, 2020. 6. A one-month pass is valid for one (1) calendar month from the date of purchase. 7. A four-month pass is valid for four (4) calendar months from the date of purchase. 8. The yearly membership is valid for the period of one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. 9. Closures: aquatic facilities are complex and require regular maintenance. There will be both
scheduled and unscheduled maintenance closures that will occur within the year. Facility users can anticipate scheduled maintenance closures of 3-6 weeks over any 12-month period. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be granted due to facility closures or access restrictions.

Public Swim includes access to all pools open for drop-in during the time of your visit, drop-in fitness classes (excluding specialty fitness classes), access to the change rooms and amenities, as well as the steam room and sauna during posted open times.
All prices include applicable taxes. To qualify for discounted rates, register in-person and show your valid UBC Student, Staff/Faculty, or UNA/CSC ID Card.
