ARCHITECT’S SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS
PROJECT: Park Elementary Addition/Renovation Phase I #: 2047 ASI #: 12 DATE: 06/19/2020

The Work shall be carried out in accordance with the following supplemental instructions issued in accordance with the Contract Documents without change in Contract Sum or Contract Time. Proceeding with the work in accordance with these instructions indicates your acknowledgment that there will be no change in the Contract Sum or Contract Time. Description:
1. Provide and locate marker and tack boards as identified in the drawings for phase I. See sheets A3.3-1,
A3.4-1, & A9.5 attached.

1. ALL WALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO FACE OF STUD OR FACE OF MASONRY UNLESSNOTED OTHERWISE.
2. EXTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOW DIMENSIONS ARE ROUGHOPENINGS. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ACTUAL ROUGH OPENING OF THE WINDOWUNITS DURING LAYOUT. INTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOW DIMENSIONS ARE TOOUTSIDE FACE OF FRAME.
3. SEE SHEET A1.1 FOR ALL WALL TYPES
4. PROVIDE FIRE TREATED BLOCKING AS REQUIRED FOR ATTACHMENTS OF ALLCASEWORK, ADJUSTABLE SHELVING, DOOR HARDWARE, ACCESSORIES AND TOILET ACCESSORIES.
5. F.E.C. = FIRE EXTINGUISHER CABINET & FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
