King’s Meadow Baths is a refurbishment project made in the company Marshall & Kendon in Bristol, UK. The project is a real project located in Reading, United Kingdom.KiKing’s Meadow Baths, was built in 1902 and is located at the end north end of King’s Meadow RoadThe Btahs is a Listed Grade II Building and includes an open-air pool surrounded by a high brick wall with a lean-to monpitchrroof, with a central octagon entrance building and two wings on its sides containing other rooms.
The project’s proposal contain a complete restoration of the existing fabric and the construction of the new pool and an extensionreplacing the plant room with a kitchen on ground floor, new plant room iin the basement and a meeting room at the 1st floor above.
The building will add lots of other uses as restaurant (along rear wall of the building), swimming pool, spa and treatment rooms withchanging rooms inside and outside (along south – east side of the building) and meeting room. A new level will be added to the wingsbby the existing octagon used as treatment rooms. Materials used for the new proposal are generally brick (used from existing masonry) and timber structures.The main part of the proposal is the extension of the bthe building on the location of the plant room and including a full height glazed screenenclosing space to the west, north and east poolsides.

As you can see from the pictures, the project has been in the project since I started working on it. The construction team on site were working really hard and had to be supplied with necessary plans, sections and drawings. The plan above is the Tree survey plan including landscape analysis and new changing rooms that has been agreed to build on the right hand side. The associated documentation with every single step in the design phase was carefullysubmitted.
