This project Is about to explore the basic principle of common pool resource management in multi user buildings.
The demand for inner-city facilities and the increasing ground value - along with developing technologies - created the need for new ways of living. Urban transformation duo to globalization processes where the catalysts for developments in urban planning and design that triggered new ways to visualize our surroundings.
As a result of came the need to organize environments in a way that will incorporate new urban concepts, construction technologies and material engineering. This was the point when new types of buildings appeared that are in fact full scale vertical neighborhoods that evolved to inhabit hundreds and thousands of people.

Mid semester presentation
the subject of skyscrapers, especially in regard to accommodation oriented buildings and related facilities has influenced architects around the world in a profound way for the past decades.
The conclusion from my research so far is that the architect's roll is mainly to integrate technology economics and design with regard to local culture, specific environments and basic human needs.
It seems like the greatest challenge will be to incorporate these elements in our everyday so that we benefit from their advantages without disconnecting from our past and from one another.

Horizontal segmented environmentsThe Hierarchy that people give to their surroundings according to an individual gradient values indicates that there is no such thing as an ‘ideal environment’ – only deferent kinds of environments that appeal to Deferent people. Ergo there is no point in trying to develop universal concepts. We should only espier to Characterize the potential groups that will inhabit those environments and allow for as many Scenarios to take place.
“The best way to see the depth of a culture is through its conversations tools” marshall mcluhan
The planning strategy was based on identifying deferent Homogeneous behavioral Spaces - in order to adjust physical distinct environments, expand and Diverse that these environments and what they have to offer .In order to achieve this strategy followed defrent steps:
1. Identifying the behavioral enviromental property's of the community
2. Diagnosing the ways to influence those environments – in order to allow deferent activities and Reduce possible Limitation.
3. Develop Scenarios of Development and Improvement of specific compounds in the neighborhood
