Accessing ARMS via the Internet

• On your browser Internet site, type or copy/paste the following URL address:

http://www1.arrowpointcap.com

• When this screen appears, select ‘Products & Services’.

Products and Services Browser

• Select ‘Web-based Tools’,

• Select ‘Advanced Risk Management System (ARMS)’

ARMS Overview

• On the ARMS Overview page, select ‘ARMS’ to log in.

Note: If Security Alert notice displays, select ‘OK’.

User ID and Password

• Type your User ID in the User name field. (Field is not case sensitive)

• Existing users: Type your password in the Password field and click on ‘OK’. (Field is case sensitive)

• New users: Type the temporary*

password you were assigned in the Password field and click on ‘OK’.

*Note: When a new User ID is created, a temporary password is automatically assigned. The new user will be required to create a new password after signing on the first time. (See next slide)

Password Change Manager

How to create a new password:

• Type your user name in the Username field.

• Type your ‘temporary’ password in the Old password field.

• Type your new password in the New password field. (See password rules below) Password rules: Must be at least 8 characters long. Must begin with an alpha character. Cannot contain the user’s name. Cannot contain the user id. Cannot contain more than one set of repeating characters, (i.e. R77y*a$%). Cannot repeat the previous thirteen (13) passwords. Must contain at least one uppercase character. Must contain at least one lower case character. Must contain at least one number.

• Confirm new password it by keying it in again in the Confirm new password field.

Note: Users are required to change their password every 60 days or it will expire.

Password Successfully Changed

Screen with “Passwordsuccessfully changed.” will appear.

• Click on the link to return to ARMS.

Enter Network Password

• Enter your new password again.

• Check the box ‘Remember my password’if you don’t want to re-enter your password eachtime you log in.

• Select ‘OK’.

Welcome to ARMS

IMPORTANT!

You will receive this Welcome screen only once.

Please save the “Instructions to AccessLoss Runs” to yourworkstation for futurereference.

Select ‘Close’ to proceed.

Account List

The account name(s) will bedisplayed as a link, or links,below the Account Name field.

Select a link to access thespecific account.

ARMS Risk Management ‘Home’ page

The ARMS Risk Management Homepage will appear with ‘navigation’options on the left.

• Confirm that the correct account displays.

• Select ‘Policy List’ from the navigation options.

Policy List

The Policy List screen will display the message: “No matching policies found”. • Change the radio button option in the middle of the pageto “All Policies”

• Select GO!

Note: ‘Navigation’ options are now at the top of the screen.

• Sort on any column by clicking on the heading.

• Click on any underlined item for more details.

• For multi-page lists, use thedirectional indicators (see blue arrow) to navigate page by page, or,enter the page number you want togo directly to, and select ‘Go’ (seeyellow arrow).

• To print the policy list, select the printer icon on the right side of thepage (orange arrow).

This will launch Adobe Reader where you will be able to view-print-save the Policy List. (seenext slide)

Note: Adobe Reader can be downloaded via the Internet at no charge.

When you have selected the printer icon on the previous screen, the policy list will bedisplayed. From here youcan view, save and print thereport.

• Click on the ‘Save’ icon to save the report (yellow arrow).

• Click on the ‘Print’ icon to print report (blue arrow)

• Close the window to return to ARMS..

Accessing the ‘Report Library’

To access the Report Library option, either:

• Select ‘Report Library’ from the navigation bar at the top of the screen (orange arrow),

or• Return to the ‘ARMS Risk Management’ home page by selecting ‘Account’ -->’Home’; then select the ‘Report Library option from the left side navigation bar.

For this example we selected ‘Account’, then ‘Home’.

Report Library

• On the ARMS Risk Management home page, select ‘Report Library’ from the navigation bar on the left.

Report Library (continued)

The Report Library page will appearwith two options for loss run reports:

Standard Expired Account Claim Report (Claim listingtabular report for expiredaccounts historically providedin response to loss runrequests.)

Claim List - Claims Package(Claim listing tabular reportshowing claim data elementsby coverage and loss year.)

For this example we selected the‘Standard Expired Account ClaimReport’

Standard Expired Account Claim Report

• For multi-page reports, use the directionalindicators (see blue arrow)to navigate page by page, or, enter the page numberyou want to go directly toand select ‘Go’ (yellowarrow).

• To print the report, select the printer icon on the rightside of the page (orangearrow).

This will launch Adobe Reader whereyou will be able to view-print-save thereport.

Report Options

When you have selected the printer icon on the previous screen, the report will then display for you. From hereyou can view, save and printthe report.

• Click on the ‘Save’ icon to save the report (yellow arrow).

• Click on the ‘Print’ icon to print report (blue arrow)

• Close the window to return to ARMS.

Navigation

To exit ARMS or to accessa new account, return to theAccount List page.

• From the top navigation bar select ‘Account’, then ‘List’.

• To access another account, select the link under the Account Name field,

or,

• To exit ARMS, select ‘Logoff’ from the left navigator bar.
