SINGLE LICENSE
This Ganoksin Single User License Agreement ("SINGLE USER LICENSE") is a legal agreement between you (an individual) and The Ganoksin Project for use of a Ganoksin Project eBook, which includes computer software and electronic book material, and may include printed and "online" or electronic documentation ("eBook"). The eBook also includes any updates and supplements to the original eBook provided to you by The Ganoksin Project. You agree to be bound by the terms of this SINGLE USER LICENSE before paying the required License Fee.

A separate license needs to be granted by The Ganoksin Project in respect of any other individual or entity.

The License Term commences from the date of delivery of the eBook and has no expiry date.

3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
3.1 Not for ResaleThe eBook must not be resold, or otherwise transferred for value.
3.2 RentalYou must not rent, lease, or lend the eBook.
3.3 Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or remove any password protection used in the eBook.
3.4 File TransferYou must not allow copying of the eBook including, but not limited to, copying through Rile sharing networks.

4. EXPORT RESTRICTION
You must not export or otherwise transfer the eBook from your country of residence, including, without limitation, to a country or jurisdiction whose laws allow or mandate loss of the title and intellectual property rights of The Ganoksin Project.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This SINGLE USER LICENSE is governed by the laws of the Calgary, Canada.
LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTYThe Ganoksin Project warrants that the eBook will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of 90 days from the date of d e l i v e r y . A l l d e f e c t s s h o u l d b e r e p o r t e d t o [email protected]
CUSTOMER REMEDIESTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Ganoksin Project's entire liability and your exclusive remedy, shall be, at The Ganoksin Project's discretion, either (a) refund of the License Fee, if any, or(b) repair or replacement of the eBook that does not meet this warranty and that is returned to The Ganoksin Project. This warranty is void if failure of the eBook has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication. Any replacement eBook will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
