CUSTOMER REMEDIESTo   the   maximum   extent   permitted   by   applicable   law,   The  Ganoksin   Project's   entire   liability   and  your   exclusive  remedy,  shall  be,  at  The  Ganoksin  Project's  discretion,  either  (a)  refund  of  the  License  Fee,  if  any,  or(b)  repair  or  replacement  of   the  eBook  that  does  not  meet  this  warranty   and   that   is   returned   to   The   Ganoksin   Project.   This  warranty   is   void   if   failure   of   the   eBook   has   resulted   from  accident,  abuse  or  misapplication.  Any  replacement   eBook  will  be  warranted  for  the  remainder  of  the  original  warranty  period  or  30  days,  whichever  is  longer.
