As a preventive measure to contain spread of COVID-19 and withreference to the Headquarters Letter No. 151-Estates/ll-20201 dated 18.04.2020and Govt. Of Tamil Nadu GO (Ms.) No.198 - Revenue and DisasterManagement Department dated 20.04.2020 ·in partial modification of OfficeMemorandum issued vide PAG(GSSA)/Admn I/Genl IIIMisc./2019-20 dt.14.04.2020 the following instructions issued by the Office of the PrincipalAccountant General(G&SSA) TamilNadu & Puducherry, Chennai, standextended upto 3rd May 2020 or until further orders.

1. The Office of the Principal Accountant General (G&SSA), Tamil

Nadu and Puducherry, Chennai including Branch Offices at

Puducherry and Madurai will remain closed upto 03.05.2020.

11. All Officers and officials of this office including Branch offices at

Puducherry and Madurai will work from home until further orders

iii. Officers and officials who are working from home shall be available

through telephone and other electronic means of communication at

all times.

iv. The Officials while attending office for exigencies of work shall

abide by the instructions issued vide this office Circular

PAG(G&SSA)/OM-III/2020-2021/02 dated 20.04.2020

These orders shall remain in force until 03.05.2020 or until furtherv.
