N exus srl has been founded in 2006 as an imprinting company of plastic materials on behalf of a third party.We are the result of the synergy amongst specialists of our field, who have been working in the imprinting,

design and construction of moulds for plastic materials field since many years.Our company philosophy is based on a strict selection of raw materials, a deep attention to details and a continuous research of innovative

solutions. Furthermore, thanks to the know-how of its workers, our company is able to imprint every kind of technopolymer, providing a wide range of solutions for every kind of request.

In 2008, we aquired, by Mufle s.p.a company, the production and sales of PRATO line, polypropylene green grass grids, TWIN line, bi-material gratings (polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer) and PE_HD channels for oveflow swimming pools.

In the same year, we designed and began to market bi-material customizing ABS ladders suitable for outground Spa.In December 2008, thanks to the cooperation with a photovoltaic system installation company, we patented our PV KEEPER, an anchorage

system for photovoltaic modules, which represents an important revolution in this field and it reduces considerably installation costs and time.Nowadays we are saling in more than 25 countries. Our next goal is to expand once more our worldwide market, and to enlarge our production

in other market sectors too, but always bearing in mind our main aim: customer’s satisfaction and confidence.

N exus srl nasce nel 2006 come azienda di stampaggio materie plastiche per conto terzi.Frutto della sinergia tra esperti del settore che già da anni operano nell’ambito

dello stampaggio, della progettazione e della costruzione di stampi per materie plastiche, adotta una “filosofia produttiva” basata su una severa selezione dei materiali, estrema cura del particolare e una continua ricerca di soluzioni innovative. L’azienda inoltre, grazie al know-how di chi

opera, è in grado di stampare qualsiasi tipo di tecnopolimero, fornendo una tipologia di settori applicativi a 360°.Nel 2008 acquisisce dall’azienda Mufle s.p.a. la produzione e commercializzazione delle linee prodotto PRATO, il grigliato erboso in polipropilene,

e la linea TWIN, griglie in bimateria (polipropilene ed elastomero termoplastico) e canali in PE_HD per piscine bordo sfioro.Nello stesso anno progetta e comincia la commercializzazione delle scalette in bimateria e personalizzabili per spa fuori terra in ABS.

Nel dicembre 2008, grazie alla collaborazione con un’azienda di istallazione impianti fotovoltaici, brevetta una STAFFA, un sistema di ancoraggio per moduli fotovoltaici che rappresenta una rivoluzione nel settore e riduce notevolmente costi e tempi di istallazione.

Ora siamo presenti in più di 25 Paesi e il nostro prossimo obiettivo è quello di espandere ancora il nostro mercato e ampliare la nostra produzione anche in altri settori merceologici, avendo sempre come obiettivo primario la fiducia e la soddisfazione del cliente.

Thanks to the innovative combination of materials the TWIN’s gratings have exceeded all the carried out tests in

order to obtain the certification of conformity to norm EN 13451-1 and German DIN 51097. The tests demonstrate that:• TWIN guarantees the maximum anti slip adhesion also in

humidity presence, till an inclination of 35°• it is not danger for the entrapment of the fingers for the user• it has optimal structural integrity.

Moreover further tests have been carried out by our company in order to guarantee the quality of the product and it have turned out that:• the product is not degrading even if exposed to salt and

corrosive atmospheres• it is resistant to the UV rays• it does not get deformed even continuously subjected to

thermal cycle stress (100 cold –heat cycles from -30° C to +70° C)

• it has an optimal standard of mechanical resistance• it keeps its shape and size even after the thermal cycle stress

(100 cold heat cycles from -30° C to +70° C).

MODELS AND PERSONAL BRANDING

The ONDA model, in the flexible, rigid and reinforced version with a stainless-steel for the 90° corners, is available in

four different widths (150-200-250-300 mm) for each of which four eights are available (20-25-30-35 mm).The length of the gratings are always 500mm (composed of 21 already – assembled units) and the materials are the polypropylene (PP) for the base and the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for the contact surface. The standard colours are the neutral (PP)/blue (TPE) and the white (PP)/white (TPE) but upon request we are able to realise all the colours of your imagination. The flexible version makes it possible to follow any pool profile; the ONDA model has the minimum curvature radius:• 25 cm for the 150 model• 30 cm for the 200 model• 36 cm for the 250 model• 42 cm for the 300 model.

The rigid version of the model with 150- 200 and 250 mm widths, and the 20mm height, can be combined with the PE-HD MufleDrain blue channels – VIP 20 model.

PERSONALIZE THE GRATING AND MAKE IT UNIQUE

On request, the gratings can be personalized with all the colours of your imagination in order to meet all aesthetics

and furnishing needs. The colours can be the same for both the materials PP and TPE, and so you can have a mono-colour grating or the colours can be different and you can have a bi-colour one, to create every time a unique grating. Upon request each anti-slip TPE element can be personalized with your embossed logo.

WE GIVE YOU THE SOLUTION: TWIN SYSTEM

All “rigid” TWIN gratings (length 150, 200 and 250mm and height 20 mm) can be combined and mounted

to MufleDrain drainage channels model VIP20 blue colour MufleDrain VIP20 channels are supplied in 1000mm-long modules; they are lightweight, handy, easy to carry and. VIP20 channels are made from PE-HD (high density polypropylene). They are resistant to shocks, sudden temperature changes (range of use -50°C to +100°C) and the ordinary chemicals used in environments such as swimming pool, sauna, changing room and thermal bath. They are available in different measure: 100/40, 100/74, 150/151 200/151.The smooth waterproof surface of the channel lets the water flow quickly and is easy to clean, thus preventing the formation of putrescible residues. The PE-HD also prevents any emission of harmful substances which can come into contact with man. The coupling system between adjoining channels needs heat welding with weld material for watertightness. Special pieces for 90° corner, blue end-cup and white PVC L –SECTION for overflow channel and for pre manufactured channel are available too.

Die Ablaufrinnen werden als Module mit einer Länge von 1.000 mm geliefert, sie sind leicht, handlich und problemlos transportierbar und außerdem bei ihrer Verlegung besonders wirtschaftlich. Die aus PE-HD (Polyethylen hoher Dichte) gefertigten Rinnen VIP20 sind beständig gegenüber Stößen, Temperaturwechseln (Einsatzbereich von -50 °C bis +100 °C) und den normalen Chemikalien, die in Schwimmbädern, Saunas, Umkleideräumen und Thermalbädern verwendet werden. Sie sind in der folgenden Maße verfügbar: 100/40, 100/74, 150/151 und 200/151.Die glatte und undurchlässige Oberfläche der Rinne erlaubt ein schnelles Abfließen des Wassers und eine leichte Reinigung, so-dass sich keine faulen Ablagerungen bilden können. Darüber hi-naus lässt PE-HD keine Abgabe von Schadstoffen zu, mit denen der Mensch in Kontakt kommen könnte.Das Verbindungssystem zwischen einer Rinne und der nachfolgen-den bedarf der Heißschweißung unter Materialzugabe für eine un-durchlässige Verbindung.Außerdem sind auch Spezialteile für 90°-Winkel, blaue Stirnwände und weiße Zarge aus PVC erhältlich.

montar con las canaletas de drenaje MufleDrain modelo VIP20 de color azul.Las canaletas MufleDrain VIP20 se suministran en módulos de 1.000 mm. de longitud, son livianas, manejables y de fácil desplazamiento, con una considerable economía en la puesta en obra. Las canaletas VIP20 realizadas en PE-HD (Polietileno Alta Densidad), son resistentes a los impactos, a los cambios de temperatura (límites de uso de -50° C a +100° C) y a las substancias químicas utilizadas normalmente en los ambientes de las piscinas, saunas, vestuarios y termas. Estan disponibles en las medidas 100/40, 100/74, 150/151 y 200/151.La superficie lisa e impermeable de la canaleta favorece un rápido drenaje del agua y una fácillimpieza, evitando la formación de depósitos putrescibles. Además el PE-HD impide la emanación de substancias nocivas que podrían entrar en contacto con el hombre.El sistema de acoplamiento entre una canaleta y la siguiente necesita una soldadura caliente con colocación de material para impermeablezarlo.Por último están a disposición partes especiales para las

esquinas de 90°, capas azul y perfiles blancos en PVC para canaletas de desagüe colada en obra con hormigón y para bordes con rebosadero prefabricados.

Réalisées en PE-HD (Polythène Haute Densité), elles sont résistantes aux chocs, aux amplitudes thermiques (de -50° C à +100° C) et aux substances chimiques les plus courantes utilisées dans le secteur des piscines, sauna, vestiaires, thermes.La surface lisse et imperméable de la goulotte permet l’écoulement rapide de l’eau et facilite le nettoyage en évitant la formation de dépôts de substances putrescibles.
