RV (Recreational Vehicles)/Camping RV spaces are rented on a first come first serve basis. Triple Crown does not take reservations for RV, and spaces are not guaranteed. RV’s must pay at the front office upon arrival. RVS must park in designated RV spaces. Only one RV per space. Check price with Triple Crown per night ending at 6:00pm
Don’t Wait to Make Your Reservations! Please have your canine companions on their best behavior, so these hotels will want our business again. We recommend dogs be crated in your rooms when you are not there. Triple Crown and all hotels require that you must pick-up your dog’s poop. Please remember that what you leave behind reflects on all dog owners.

When a dog is entered in more than one class, the highest priced class is considered the First Entry. Fees listed below include the $.50 AKC recording fee and the $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee for each entry. American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). Best of Breed Competition Best Puppy in Regular Classes
Non- regular Classes (involving Single dog entries)
VETERAN, A class for dogs and a class for bitches seven (7) years of age or older. The winners of these classes will be eligible to compete in the Best of Breed Competition. Please Note: Effective March 1, 1992 spayed
bitches and neutered dogs are allowed to compete in the Veterans Class.
Entry Information Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate and legible information on their entry forms; illegible or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is unable to compete, absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by action of the trial committee. No entry fees returned after April 14
th, 2010. Only
corrections as allowed by the AKC rules may be applied if informed according to the rules schedule. Refunds of $3.00 or less will not be issued due to the costs of processing. No entry fee will be refunded if the events cannot be open or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, acts of God, public emergency, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.
ALL PARTICIPANTS INFORMATION SSCA and Triple Crown assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. Free parking is available for all exhibitors and spectators. Park at your own risk. All dogs MUST be on leash or confined when not being judged. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dog and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refunds of any fees shall be made.
Building access is 8 am to 7pm all equipment and dogs must be removed by 7pm on Sunday. Conformation ring will be inside the building. Crating areas will be defined and available on a first come first serve basis. Dogs may not be left overnight at the building.
Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. No form of verbal or physical abuse of a dog will be tolerated.
Triple Crown Rules Unauthorized access to Triple Crown kennel areas is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access to the sports field in front of the office building is prohibited. Triple Crown staff works hard to maintain a clean facility. We appreciate your help in picking up after yourself, as well as your pets. No dogs are allowed in the indoor restrooms or kitchen area. Exercise and Potty Areas for events are located on the North side of the Arena and are clearly marked. The courtyard and patio area in front of the Event Center is not a potty area.
To prevent damage, please do not groom dogs in front of marked A/C exhausts. No chalking in the building.

Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Superintendents will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class.

Triple Crown is conveniently located just minutes from Austin, TX, off Toll 130 at 200 County Road 197 (the intersection of County Roads 137 and 197). Note: County Road 137 has moved slightly south of Hutto Cemetary.
Parking
Parking is not permitted on adjacent County Road 197. Parking is permitted on gravel lots only, allowing enough room for other traffic as well as emergency vehicles to drive through. If a vehicle is found to be obstructing isles then a representative of Triple Crown will request that the vehicle be moved. If an owner cannot be found, the vehicle may be towed at owner’s expense. Parking behind the office building and event center is for loading and unloading only. Loading zones are located on the north and south ends of the office building. No parking is allowed in loading zones. Parking spaces located in front of the club house/office building, as well as in front of the grooming center, are for training and boarding clients only.
Food and Drinks Bottled Water and sodas will be for sale at the show site information table and boxed lunches can be ordered from the Club in this premium For delivery on Saturday.

SWEEPSTAKES Classes The Shetland Sheepdog Club of Austin Puppy Sweepstakes is open to all Shetland Sheepdogs between the ages of (6) six months of age and eighteen (18) months of age. Sweepstakes will be judged prior to the regular classes. All Entries in the Puppy Sweepstakes must also be entered in regular classes at $18. per entry and on the regular entry form. Indicate your Sweepstakes class with the age division in the space provided for “additional class.”

SSCA will offer for your pleasure a raffle to fundraise for the club’s shows and events.
Tickets will be available at the information table on Saturday. The Raffle will be held on Sunday
at lunch time. We will have everything a dog show lover could want for you to put your
winning ticket on. (All winning raffle ticket holders must pick up their winning items
at the time of the raffle as no items will be shipped.)
