Inactivity causes stiffness in the musclesand joints. Stiffness causes bad body posture, back, shoulder and neck pain. Stretching can help ensure a normal range of motion.

Balance is…the maintenance of stability while at a stop

or while moving. Examples of balance: water skiing, balance

beam, etc.
