Customer Service Responsibilities: Leading a team Car Park Attendant, Security Guards, housekeeping Staff to deliver a safe,

reliable, world class and customer services. Assist passengers over the counter, ticket machines and other areas of station and car park to

provide highly visible and proactive level of customer service. Assist passenger with queries and resolve their complaints in timely manners. Provide updated information related to Metro system to all passengers through audio or visual

channel when required. Render all possible assistance to customers, in particular those with special accessibility needs Ensure that matters of Dubai Metro passengers are handled tactfully and sensitively as

appropriate. Responsible for maintaining customer service standards to required standard and make sure to

achieve customer satisfaction at all times.

Operational and Safety Responsibilities:

Maintain Car Park operational status to ensure the safety and comfort of passenger movement within Dubai Metro.

Identify vehicles in violation of parking codes, checking with dispatchers when necessary to confirm identities or to determine whether vehicles need to be booted or towed.

Conduct a comprehensive check of vehicles parked inside car park. Patrol and monitor for violations, such as parking in a no-parking zone, expired meters and other types of illegal parking.

Conduct several inspections to manage operational status of car park and equipment, observe faults and report to Station Master and OCC.

Ensure the safety of members of the public and employees of the railway at all times. Responsible for the efficient and safe evacuation of car park premises in the event of fire or

other emergency situations Deals with Incident and accidents at work place and provide First Aid in case of Injury. Control and mitigate overcrowding in the station and in platform to ensure that passenger’s

flows are managed in orderly manner. Monitoring car park areas through CCTV to make sure safety and security of passengers and

their vehicles.

Provide safe, reliable, convenient and comfortable metro journeys to the users of Dubai Metro.

Meet and greet customers and provide highly visible and proactive level of customer service Ensure that matters of Dubai Metro passengers are handled tactfully and sensitively as

appropriate. Ensure the safety of members of the public and employees of the railway and render all

possible assistance to customers, in particular those with special accessibility needs Assist passengers in parking their vehicles appropriately in parking slots. Assist car park controller to maintain operational status of car park and Metro station to

ensure the safety and comfort of passenger movement within Dubai metro. Patrol several areas of car park and equipment rooms, observe and report abnormalities to Car

Park Controller. When dealing with customers of the Dubai Metro, ensure that matters are handled tactfully

and sensitively as appropriate. Responsible for the efficient and safe evacuation of station premises in the event of fire or

other emergency situations. Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Car Park Controller, Station

Master and Lead Station Master.
