A. President’s ReportNo Wacky Wednesday this week due to the fact Ms. Alvynette will be out the office
B. Officer/Board ReportBeamon; keeping track of everything that was spentEleby; Faculty & Staff development committee meeting they was talking about changing flex and adopting my learning plan. Plan on inviting the person to come from my Digital Badging to the next ASO meeting. Was able to get ST 501 for tomorrows ICC meeting.Lewis; Feels like he have not been doing a good job as Parliamentarian and is working to be better. Want to do some Parliamentarian training here on campus for us. Moreland; Would like our support at the Board of Trustees meeting next Wednesday 12/7/16
C. Advisor’s ReportsSynodinos; excited for the next couple of weeks with the break coming up, Angel Tree is coming along. Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. Winter retreat is going to be amazing. Thanks to Beamon for all her help with looking for a place for the winter retreat. Calendar for ASO to go over scheduling, and need to know how we are getting the word out about ASO.

Beamon; Mary and Darren have been working on a location to have the food bank, right now it is looking like it might be under the bookstore.
