Approval of the Minutes from 11.22.16 Moreland move to approve the minutes from October 11, 2016, Second Beamon; Passed IV. Public Forum No Comment V. Reports (Each member will be limited to a total of Five (5) minutes) A. President’s Report No Wacky Wednesday this week due to the fact Ms. Alvynette will be out the office B. Officer/Board Report Beamon; keeping track of everything that was spent Eleby; Faculty & Staff development committee meeting they was talking about changing flex and adopting my learning plan. Plan on inviting the person to come from my Digital Badging to the next ASO meeting. Was able to get ST 501 for tomorrows ICC meeting. Lewis; Feels like he have not been doing a good job as Parliamentarian and is working to be better. Want to do some Parliamentarian training NOTICE: In compliance with the Ralph M. C. Advisor’s ReportsSynodinos; excited for the next couple of weeks with the break coming up, Angel Tree is coming along. Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. Winter retreat is going to be amazing. Thanks to Beamon for all her help with looking for a place for the winter retreat. Calendar for ASO to go over scheduling, and need to know how we are getting the word out about ASO.

VI. Discussion Items: (Each Discussion Item is limited to a total of ten (10) minutes) A. Food Bank

Beamon; Mary and Darren have been working on a location to have the food bank, right now it is looking like it might be under the bookstore.
