The Assess Systems – Taleo Business Edition (TBE) integration allows TBE users easy access to personality assessments in their hiring process. The assessment option is built with flexible design and allows users seamless access to both TBE and the Assess Systems personality survey. With the connections setup between the two systems, TBE users are able to send out survey invitation emails to job applicants from the TBE candidate management portal. Upon completion of the assessment by the job applicant, the assessment result will be available in the TBE candidate management portal for easy access.
